  • Once you are on the login page, click the "Forgot password" link.
  • You will be taken to a page where you can enter your email address.
  • Click the "Submit" button.
  • You will receive an email with a link to reset your password.
  • Click the link in the email.
  • You will be taken to a page where you can create a new password.
  • Enter your new password and click the "Submit" button.
  • Verify your meter number.
  • You will be taken to a page where you can enter your details and the amount of water you want to buy.
  • Review your order.
  • Input your payment information.
  • You will receive an email from us with your token.
  • Payment successful.
  • Check the expiration date and CVV number on your card.
  • Make sure your card is not expired or blocked.
  • Make sure you have a stable internet connection.
  • Make sure that your bank has approved the transaction and that there are no pending holds on your account.
  • You may have received an email from us with your token.

  • Once you are on the contact us page, fill out the form and submit your complaint.
  • We will review your complaint and take the necessary steps to address it.

We use the Paystack platform to process our payments, and they offer a variety of payment options, including:

  • Bank transfers: You can make a bank transfer from your local bank account to our account.
  • USSD transactions: You can make a payment using USSD by following the instructions provided by Paystack.
  • Debit cards: You can make a payment using your debit card by entering your card details on the Paystack payment page.

You will receive your token immediately after your payment is confirmed by Paystack.

No, there is currently no mobile app. However, we are working on developing one and hope to have it available soon.

Check that your meter number is correct. It should be 11 digits long. If it is not, please check your meter for the correct number and try again.
